The HP NS2000 family of servers provides you with all the benefits of the NonStop software suite, including software fault tolerance and fault isolation, dynamic workload balancing, linear scalability, application virtualization and cluster programming transparency. The servers can be configured with two or four dual-core processors in a pre-assembled, integrated rack-mount configuration. Multiple servers can be connected together using Expand-over IP.
The three models include:
- NS2000 server is an AC-powered server packaged in a standard commercial rack
- NS2000T is packaged in a commercial rack and is DC-powered (-48V)
- NS2000ST is packaged in an extra sturdy seismic rack and is also DC-powered (-48V)
