The Total Information Manager (TIM) PC Version 2.1a is no longer distributed by Compaq. It has been replaced with TIM PC Version 3.0. TIM 3.0 was distributed to all active TIM subscribers on a CD included with the G06.11 release version update subscription mailing in March 2001.
On March 31, 2002, TIM 2.1a (and all prior versions) will be obsolete. These product versions have reached the end of their service life, and Compaq will not provide support services for them after this date.
Major enhancements in the TIM 3.0 release include Adobe Acrobat Business Tools 4.05 and Windows 2000 operating system support. See Support Note S01035 for more details.
TIM online and CD collections produced for RVU G06.15 and subsequent release version updates will require TIM 3.0 to view documents because a new Adobe Acrobat PDF file format will be used.
