Effective with release version update (RVU) G06.16 of the NonStop Kernel operating system, the following Call Applications Manager (CAM) software products will no longer be included on the site update tape (SUT):

  • SD55 - CAM, Northern Telecom, Meridian 1, SL/1
  • SD56 - CAM, Aspect Call Center
  • SD57 - CAM, AT&T, Definity GE 
  • SD58 - CAM, Ericsson MD110
  • SD59 - CAM, ROLM 9751
  • SD61 - CAM, Northern Telecom DMS-100
  • SD67 - CAM for Aspect TCP/IP
  • SD68 - CAM, NEC NEAX2400

Baldwin Hackett & Meeks, Inc. (BHMI) has assumed worldwide sales and support responsibilities for these products. For information on these products, contact Jacob Murphree of BHMI at +1 (402) 333 3300.

Current support contracts for the SUT-based versions of the CAM products will continue to provide the same Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 technical support from the Global Customer Support Center as exists today. New support contracts will not be written for these products, nor will existing contracts be extended. At the end of any existing support contract, the customer should be referred to BHMI for a new support contract.
