3886-8 8 port AWAN access server end of sales announcement

HP is announcing the end of sales of the 3886-8 8-port AWAN access server for NonStop systems. Effective February 2004, this product will no longer be available for order or shipment.

The replacement product is the 3886-8A 8-port AWAN access server, with full modem control and 6530 support when used with the 3886-6530 flash card. The new 3886-8A product uses the DB-9 connector instead of the DB-25 connector used by the 3886-8.
