HP has an agreement with Transaction Innovation Corporation (TIC) regarding the transfer of ownership of the Server Object Gateway product. Under this agreement, effective January 1, 2002, TIC assumes ownership of Server Object Gateway Runtime and Server Object Gateway Development Kit software. As the new owner, TIC has exclusive and worldwide rights to sell the product.
