The world's most popular J2EE application server is now supported on HP NonStop servers. HP and BEA have worked together to ensure that BEA WebLogic Server (WLS) 7.0 can transparently leverage the massive parallelism and fault tolerance that are the hallmarks of NonStop servers.

WLS on NonStop servers—together with the NonStop operating system, NonStop SQL database, and NonStop Transaction Management Facility (NonStop TMF) software—enables massive scalability of WLS applications and provides extremely high availability through application persistence and data integrity during component failures. Component failures are inevitable, but with WLS on NonStop servers, no single failure will cause an application outage.

WLS is now released for NonStop S-series servers and can be downloaded from BEA's download website. Look for WebLogic Server Package Installer, and within that section look for WebLogic Server 7.0 with SP1. Opposite that, find HP NonStop Server in the pulldown menu.
