The Availability Stats and Performance (ASAP) product is a strategic manageability offering from HP. ASAP provides a monitoring infrastructure and automated recovery actions for applications, subsystems, utilities and hardware components of the HP Integrity NonStop server product line. Automated actions can be setup using ASAP. In addition to the ASAP core product the following functionality extensions are offered:
- HP NonStop ASAP Extension - an API that monitors application availability to ensure service level agreements are being met
- HP NonStop ASAP TCP/IP Plug-in - an additional full function sub-component offering the most comprehensive monitoring for TCP/IP on NonStop today
- HP Operations Smart Plug-in for ASAP - an API to integrate ASAP data into HP Operations consoles (previously known as OpenView)
- HP NonStop ASAP Hybrid Extension for Linux - enables management of Linux servers through ASAP
