H06.14 is a generally available release version update (RVU) of the HP NonStop Operating System, Mission Critical Edition, supporting HP Integrity NonStop servers. H06.14 shipments begin on May 30, 2008. Highlights of RVU H06.14 include the following new and enhanced functions, as well as general defect repair:
- Several Safeguard enhancements including:

- Authentication audit records are stored as variable length records rather than fixed length records resulting in more efficient use of disk space and faster audit processing.
- Audit capabilities have been enhanced to allow users to exclude certain audit events through the use of Safeguard global configuration parameters.

- Version 2.3 of NonStop Transaction Services/MP (TS/MP2.3) has been released. NonStop TS/MP 2.3 includes the Pathway domains feature to help eliminate planned outages and increase configuration limits, as well as other capacity and scalability enhancements, and miscellaneous RFEs.
- NonStop SOAP supports digital signatures allowing applications to use digitally signed SOAP requests using secure XML.
- Native Inspect has been enhanced to allow calls to be made from the debugger command line. In addition, users can issue the new fopen command to obtain information about the files opened by the debugger.
