HP Atalla Cryptographic Module validated at highest FIPS 140-2 level

The state-of-the-art HP Atalla Cryptographic Subsystem (ACS) has recently received validation at the highest possible FIPS level—FIPS 140-2 Level Four—as evaluated by InfoGard, an accredited third party. Products that depend on the ACS for their physical security and key management—like the Atalla Ax150 Network Security Processor (NSP), Secure Print Advantage, and Trusted Compliance Solution for Energy—also accrue the FIPS 140-2 Level Four validation for use both within U.S. and Canadian governments and in the security product market worldwide.
