HP Code Coverage Tool Software

HP announces the availability of Code Coverage Tool Software for HP Integrity NonStop server customers running Release Version Update (RVU) H06.07 or later of the HP NonStop operating system. The HP Code Coverage Tool provides software developers with a view of how much application code is exercised when a specific workload is applied to the application.

Code Coverage Tool Software allows the instrumentation of object files for code coverage without any source code changes. The tool generates the results in the form of HTML pages with color-coded, annotated, source code listings that distinguish between used and unused code.

The Code Coverage Tool is available at no extra charge as part of the following compiler products:

• No source code changes are required.
• Compilations can be done on all supported TNS/E platforms.
