HP NonStop Server for Java 5.0 Software product announcement

HP announces the immediate availability of NonStop Server for Java™ 5.0 Software on HP Integrity NonStop servers (product ID: HSJ96V5).

NonStop Server for Java 5.0 delivers

• A certified implementation of the Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition (J2SE), Java Development Kit (JDK) 5.0 specification on Integrity NonStop servers
• An enterprise-class software environment for running standard Java applications on Integrity NonStop servers
• New Java language features introduced in JDK 5.0
• Enhancements to the base JDK packages consistent with the enhancements made to those packages in JDK 5.0

NonStop Server for Java 5.0 also includes JToolkit for NonStop Servers Software, which provides you with application program interfaces (APIs) and tools that allow you to take advantage of the productivity features of the Java language and leverage existing knowledge and skill sets to design new applications that provide deep integration with existing software assets, such as Pathway applications and Enscribe files.
