HP is announcing the end of sales of the SF17V1 Tape Media Manager, a Veritas NetBackup Software product. The SF17V1 product was brought forward as an HP product in partnership with Tributary Systems, Inc., in May 2002. As a result of the lower-than-anticipated demand for the functionality provided by this product, no replacement product is planned at this time.
The end of sales of the SF17V1 product is effective August 30, 2005.
